This is our home and has been since December 2000. We have made so many wonderful memories in this house.
Below is one of my favorite pictures of our home . . . in the snow! We don't get a lot of snow here but, it reminds me of when I was growing up. We always had snow every winter in NY.
We are selling our home in order to move into a home closer to town, work, church . . . well . . . everything really. If you know anyone looking to buy, it is move in ready. It has many desireable upgrades and many things are new. Many things we did ourselves and are chronicled here on this blog. Feel free to search the posts to see what was done.

Your house is spacious and has plenty of features; I think it’s not going to be hard to sell this house. I’m concerned about its location, though. Location has a huge impact on the price of the house. You said that your house is a bit far from malls, churches, etc., but I can see that it’s close to nature. Many buyers are attracted to houses located in areas similar to yours simply because it’s quiet and peaceful. Just a perfect spot for vacation houses!
ReplyDeleteHey there, Kristi! Have you sold the house already? Going through this process can be an arduous task, especially when you’re dealing with multiple offers. A real estate lawyer might help you sort this problem, which will help you get a great deal in turn. Hoping to hear some updates from you!
ReplyDeleteYour house looks great from the outside! How I wish you included pictures of the interior so your readers would have a view of your home. Don’t worry about your house being far from commercial establishments. There are buyers out there who are looking for a house that is isolated from all the hustle and bustle of urban living.
